After service is just as important as buying the correct hearing aids, if not more important.

At the EarGuru we want to break tradition, we feel that the aftercare packages offered by other providers are sometimes not always the most cost effective solutions often increasing the price of hearing aids leaving them out of reach.

So…we decided to create something unique. We can tailor make the after service package to suit your needs offering cost effective, budget friendly basic check ups to full hearing hearing checks, maintenance and full re-programming on demand, or if you prefer, the traditional package solution.

YOUR FIRST YEARS AFTERCARE IS INCLUDED IN THE HEARING AID PRICE AS WELL AS TWO YEAR WARRANTY THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AFTER YEAR ONE.

ON DEMAND Service - When you need us

This low cost per visit solution is designed to get you back hearing when breakdowns or problems occur. We will service the aid, recalibrate and change filters/domes to get your hearing aids fully working.

Cost per visit is £40, not including parts e.g receivers if required unless covered under manufacturers warranty.

This could save you hundreds of pounds if you only need us occasionally.

COMPLETE SERviCE, HEARING TEST AND SET UP

This is the full works and available at any time. It involves a full clinical hearing test, ear health check, full set up, calibration and service including replacing filters, domes etc. Historically done yearly, however the choice is yours - you may only need this every 2 years if you look after your aids and follow our cleaning procedures.

Price: £99 per visit plus replaceable parts (outside of warranty) or £119 with 10 packs of batteries (6 batteries per pack)

4 YEAR PEACE OF MIND PACKAGE - Unlimited aftercare

This unlimited package is similar to what you would find with most high street providers. We offer the above complete service on a unlimited basis for 4 years for a fantastic price - 10 packs of batteries per aid are provided each year too, plus half price wax removal every 12 months if required.
